A bit about me........

Hi, my name is Gerry and I have been a Caterpillar Music co-ordinator for the past 5 years. I am married and have 2 very active young boys. When my first son was 1 year old, I wanted to find a job that enabled me to work around my family, Caterpillar Music does just that. I am a very fun-loving bubbly girl who is passionate about music and the way in which it benefits children particularly in their early years.

About my classes........ 

Caterpillar Music is a fun music activity class, it is full of lively songs, traditional nursery rhymes, action songs, puppets and much more.There is always a new song to learn at Caterpillar Music. You will find us using our imagination when taking a trip in the jungle, you will see amazing costumes on dress up day, we love using our parachute, wearing lots of different hats and masks. Caterpillar Music helps children to develop vocabulary, encourage social skills and confidence.The children love the instrument section. Playing the instruments fosters dexterity and helps to develop co-ordination.

About Parties.........

I really enjoy entertaining at children's parties. It's really good to be able to make the birthday boy/girl feel special when I give them their birthday gift from caterpillar music. Our parties are really upbeat and we always have a great time. (You can read parent's feedback in the party section).

About Nursery Sessions........

I do Caterpillar Music sessions in various nurseries and children's centre's. I work very closely with the teachers and carers. I really enjoy these sessions. It is very rewarding to see the children learning and developing.

Birthday Parties

Why not invite us along on your little one's special day!

Caterpillar Music parties are suitable for babies and children aged 0 to 4yrs and are also enjoyed by big brothers and sisters too!

A combination of simple party games, action songs, instruments and amazing puppets provide a special party where young children can join in as much as they want to...

Each party has one member of the Caterpillar Music team for one hour, music, instruments and puppets for every child to use during the session, a pass the parcel game and a present for the birthday child!
